How We Protect Your Documents
Upload & Encryption
When you upload a document, it's immediately encrypted and stored in our secure storage system. The original file is never stored unencrypted.
AI Processing
Document content is processed by our AI partner (Groq) only when needed. The content is not stored by the AI provider and is deleted after processing.
Access Control
Only you can access your documents. Our team does not have access to view your documents or chat history.
Deletion
When you delete a document, it's permanently removed from all storage systems within 24 hours, including all associated chats and flashcards.
